Each plant is grown by trusted U.S. growers and shipped from our nursery to your door in thick, double-walled boxes made for live plants. It arrives healthy and ready to plant, without hauling heavy pots home from a garden center.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact our customer care team right away and share photos of the plant and the box. We'll review your order quickly and arrange a free replacement or store credit.
Do you guarantee your plants?
Yes. Every plant we ship is covered by our 1-Year Guarantee. If it doesn't meet our standards, send us photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories yet.
What if I don't have a green thumb?
You don't need one. Every plant page has step-by-step care for sun, water and soil, and our plant experts are a live chat away if you have questions.
Are plants container-grown or bare-root?
Always container-grown, never bare-root. Your plant ships in its nursery pot with its roots in soil, so it travels well and settles in faster after planting.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, all year. Bulk savings apply automatically at checkout: $50 off $350+, $125 off $750+, $300 off $1,500+, $500 off $2,500+, $750 off $3,250+ and $1,000 off $4,000+. Buy any 2 plants and get 10% off. Discounts don't stack, so when a sale is running, checkout gives you whichever saving is bigger.
