PLANT DESCRIPTION & MATURE SIZE

The Confetti Spreading Lantana, scientifically known as Lantana camara, is a vibrant perennial known for its colorful and clustered blooms. This plant boasts a mix of pink, yellow, and orange flowers that attract a myriad of pollinators. With proper care, the Lantana flourishes in diverse climates and provides a continuous display of flowers, making it a top choice for gardeners desiring to enrich their outdoor space with lively hues and dynamic beauty.

GROWTH RATE & MATURE SIZE:

Fast growth rate; reaches a mature height of 1-2 feet and spreads to widths of 3-6 feet.

WATERING & SUNLIGHT

Confetti Lantana loves the sun! It thrives in full sunlight, so make sure it receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Water the plant deeply when the top inch of soil feels dry. During hot summers, it might need more frequent watering.

PLANT CARE & PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS

PRUNING:
Trim faded blooms on Confetti Spreading Lantana to encourage continuous flowering. Lightly prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape.

FERTILIZING:
Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer during the growing season to support healthy growth.

WINTER PROTECTION:
In colder climates, Confetti Lantana may not survive winter. Grow it as an annual or move container plants indoors in freezing temperatures.

PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:

To plant the Confetti Lantana, choose a sunny spot in well-drained soil. Dig a hole twice the size of the root ball and place the plant in it. Fill the hole with soil and water thoroughly. Water regularly until the plant establishes itself. Keep a spacing of about 18 inches between each plant to give them room to grow and flourish.

USDA GROW ZONE:

Zones 8-11

All California orders require a mandatory inspection by the Texas Department of Agriculture (yep, it’s a USDA thing!). These inspections happen about once a week—typically on Tuesdays, though the day can vary. If you place an order just after an inspection, your plant may not ship for several days until the next one. Unfortunately, we’re not able to expedite this part of the process.

Also, due to USDA regulations, we’re unable to ship oak trees, citrus or fruit trees (except olive trees) to California. This rule helps prevent the spread of pests and diseases and applies to nurseries across the country.

Thanks for your patience—we’ll make sure it’s worth the wait.
