How We Ship Your Plants

Packed with Care by Plant Professionals

We have perfected packaging and shipping plants & trees! That is why we DO NOT use any third-party fulfillment like most other online retailers. Your trees go straight from our farm to your door, safely packaged by our team of seasoned professionals. Our process ensures your plants leave our facility and arrive to your door in the best condition possible!

Processing & Shipping

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, but during high-volume periods (spring and sales), processing may take up to 4 business days. Estimated processing times will be shown at checkout.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days via UPS Ground. You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if signed up). Tracking updates may take a few hours, but in some cases, 1-2 business days.

Weather & Shipping Holds

To ensure your trees arrive safely, we may delay shipping during extreme weather (below freezing or above 90°F) or natural disasters (hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires). We’ll keep you updated via email or SMS.

In winter, we pack sensitive plants (houseplants and citrus trees) with insulated packaging and heat packs for extra protection.
